Chloe Blair

Chloe is a Chicago based cartoonist working in comics and freelance illustration. They grew up in Irving, Texas, and moved to Chicago where they attended Columbia College Chicago. Chloe graduated in the summer of 2021 with a BA in Illustration. They work traditionally and digitally.
